Welcome to week 33!

Today in the second grade, we:

• had our pictures taken for the yearbook during the weekly assembly
• took our weekly spelling quiz and took turns sharing in front of the class in language and spelling class
• started our new unit on fractions in math class
• prepared for Wednesday's quiz on unit 4 in reading and phonics class
• prepared for tomorrow's quiz on unit 4 in social studies class

Tonight's Homework:

• In your language and spelling notebook, write 12-15 sentences (3 or more paragraphs) about a story in Journeys or a story you have read. Please be sure to follow the directions on the accompanying rubric.
• Prepare for tomorrow's unit 4 quiz in social studies.
