Today in the second grade, we:
- reviewed our target vocabulary, as well as identified and corrected the grammatical, spelling and punctuation mistakes in a paragraph in reading and phonics class
- compared and contrasted different styles of pictographs, as well as created and conducted our own surveys in math class
- discussed ways that we can improve technology in science class
- created textured animal pictures in preparation for our next unit in science in art class

Tonight's homework:- Complete Math Practice 3.6-3.8.
- Complete Handwriting Connections pg. 40-41 (most of the students have already started this, and some have finished it in class.)
