Today in the second grade, we:
Tonight's Homework:
- practiced using "I" correctly and continued our cursive writing unit by practicing proofreading in language and spelling class
- reviewed the key concepts and vocabulary (congruent shapes, lines of symmetry, vertices, properties of plane shapes, angles and curves) in chapter 7 in math class
- started reviewing for Friday's exam in social studies class
- identified ways that nature changes the environment (forest fires, floods, droughts, storms) in science class
